O'Week

This year we are having a 3 day event, focusing on “quality” not “quantity”!

It’s going to be the BEST O’Week ever,

AND it’s a “JUNGLE THEME”!!!

O’Week is being held 21^st. 22^nd, 23^rd February

Stalls are to be set up & ready for 10am , pack down at 4pm

This is the procedure:

Fill in a form & return to me ASAP (email is This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), 1^st in best dressed! Of bring form in with you.
Forms will be registered in date order
Payment is due between 11^th January – 27^th January Tuesdays – Fridays between 10 – 2pm . PLEASE make your payments as early as you can, as it will be first in first served
Early February depending on how the bookings are progressing, I will assess whether or not we can accommodate those that have requested more than 1 day.
Remember anyone wanting to have their 15 minutes of fame & do an interesting demo --- there are only 6 spots over the 3 days
So come on, fill in a booking form NOW if you want to participate & join in the fun.
Exams are over & time to relax.

Operating Documents

The CA operating documents are the Constitution and its Schedules. These establish the rules under which the CA operates, and sets out the requirements for affiliation, getting a grant, and so on.

The Schedule Regarding Affiliate and Affiliation is currently under review.

CA Dinner

The annual CA Dinner is fast approaching.

21ST OCTOBER

RUMOURS – 6PM – 10PM

EARLY BIRD TICKETS ON SALE NOW!!!

· ONLY $20 a ticket for a sumptuous sit down 3 course meal, wine/beer, unlimited soft drink if purchased on or BEFORE 30th September
· Tickets sold between 1st October - 12th October are $25 a ticket
· NO TICKETS AVAILABLE AFTER 14th OCTOBER
· There is a vegetarian option – please specify all special dietary needs on your form when purchasing ticket)
· ;Sorry - Limit of 5 people per club (this will be opened up after 12th October if we don’t have numbers.
· It’s a “masquerade” dinner – so wear a mask!
· Face painter available for the 1st hour
SO COME & HAVE FUN & MEET OTHER CLUBS HOWEVER SEATS ARE LIMITED ONLY 100 tickets for sale until sold out – so please get in quick to save disappointment!

U of A Name use agreement

All clubs using the University's name, or anything resembling it, must agree to the attached document each year. This is a University rule.

This should be attached to your re-registration after each AGM.

Please ensure you have filled out all the marked sections.
