 Welcome

Welcome visitor

You have voyaged through the wilderness of cyberspace to find your way to the Adelaide University Clubs Association. This is your gateway to the fun and frivolity which all the clubs at the University of Adelaide can muster. With over eighty active clubs on campus that is a lot of fun and frivolity.

As I have mentioned with over eighty clubs there is something for every student, from the jovial Engineering society to the medieval antics of the society of creative anachronism. If you have a questioning mind then QUAC or the Debating club might be for you. Maybe you would like to get into some political clubs on campus, there are an active Liberal, Labor, Democrats, Greens and Socialist groups all vying for your attention.

Are you an international student and are wondering what is out there for you?

Well the answer is a lot! With lots of different cultural groups existing here at uni including the Malaysian students, Singapore students, Indonesian students as well as the obligatory French and German clubs it is hard pressed to find someone who can’t relate to one of these groups.

Or maybe you have a more religious bend to your thinking in that case there are groups as broad as the Islamic students, Evangelical students, Lutheran students, Buddhists, Baha’i, Jewish students and the atheist group, Godless. So Bible, Koran, Torah or even big bang theory the CA has your spiritual well being covered.

Finally there is a group of clubs which are directly aligned with various faculties of the university. The all seek to include students from the faculty to meet and great other students and staff. Some clubs are open to all students like the Engineering society others are not but they are all geared towards helping students of their respective faculties.

As you have seen with so many interesting clubs sometimes it is hard to know which one to choose to help you the CA has designed this website which has short blurbs and contact details about all active clubs to help you out.

Seen a club you like but are not member, maybe you would like to check out an event before you opt in. Check out the calendar which will have all the clubs fourth coming events on it so you can plan to dive head into clubs life.
