UPDATE: Some of the files have been updated (Constitution and schedule regarding committees, addition of grievances), but the old files will be left.
The Agenda for the council meeting on 4th of May, 2010 is as follows:

This is the old grant form. Clubs may use this form to apply for grants until the new grant form has been finalised.
Note the following changes to the regulations:
- A club may apply for up to $200 in one grant
- No club will be awarded more than $400 per year, with this being one $200 grant per semester.
- Post event grants will not be processed. All grants must be received before the event.
- A detailed budget must be provided. For example, "$200 - food" is insufficient.
- Latest club financial information must be provided - a bank statement will suffice. It cannot be an electronic copy of the statement.

The latest Space and Item booking forms. Completed forms should be returned to the CA and placed in the CA Executive pigeon hole.
Spaces available for booking through the CA are:
- CA board room
- CA common room
- CA library
Items available for booking through the CA include:
- PA system
- Projector and screen
- Assorted tables
A microphone will be available SOON!
Other items may be available - feel free to enquire.
All other bookings should go through Rebekka (
